That child will be exposed to the world and many cultures in a way that many children and adults could never dream. Besides traveling at this age is the best (especially with a nanny) because the kids don't need to be in school for until the age of 2.

It's been well publicized that Meghan is still on leave. Since her due date was never released, who knows how close she was when she was no longer attending events.
