Doesn’t Cera mean wax? I don’t think it’s any worse than all the other non traditional names if you want to go that route. I would try to think ahead - what does this name look like at the top of a resume, will it affect my child’s chances of getting a job they might want?

You will condemn your daughter to a lifetime of people asking her how to spell her name, and snickering behind her back. Like all the Mykels, Jennyphers, Kymberleighs, Raychelles and M'Shells. IMHO, Sarah is the more old fashioned spelling, and Sara is more modern. I prefer Sarah, as it is a closer transliteration.
