Our future at striker got kept out of the U20 World Cup just so he could be kept out of the Gold Cup, now this. He doesn’t get enough playing time at Bremen according to Berhalter, so the solution is to make him sit by the pool when there’s 3 different national teams he could be playing or training with atm? This is pathetic.

Oh yes-they dominate at 14/15, but can’t trap a ball if their life depended on it.
Way to ignore that the DA produced nearly every player on the U20 team that doing really well right now. Most of them are playing in Europe, and are pretty good at trapping the ball.
LA Galaxy recently fired the coach who produced Mendez and Llanez. He developed them since they were U11 or younger, as well as Efrain Alvarez who plays for Mexico's youth national team and a number of other US youth team players. It is a handful of coaches who produce talented players despite the flawed system.
