Southern Midwest maybe. Where she lives in Illinois has much more in common with Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky. I'm from Minnesota, frequently return as all my family is there, and this is absolutely not how anyone dresses!

Agree that seven is over the top, but you can find them much cheaper than $200 at the outlet.
