No. I am not stupid. An emergency can happen at any time, that is a fact. It may not be limited to a car accident either. It could be back pain during a commute or a heart attack. What if I need to contact a doctor for an appointment or contact my spouse? How will my spouse know that I am having heart attack symptoms? I'm listening....
