I’m going to go out on a limb and offer that you may not technically be experiencing infertility. You just might need a little more time. It has not been a year. As you have noted, you CAN get pregnant. That’s huge. And you can sustain a pregnancy as evidenced by your two children.
I’m not sure I would not put the chemical pregnancies in the same category as the current miscarriage. If you weren’t carefully watching with pregnancy tests, you might not have even known that you were technically pregnant for a moment. They are way more common than you know. Most women never even know. It’s just a period a couple of days late.
You’re 35, which is still young. Not “25-young,” but still young.I’d suggest taking a break from this for a month. No decisions. No trying. Just catch your breath.
Hang in there.

OP here -yes my tsh was 1.98 so I guess that would be considered within normal.

Nurse practitioner said it could just be too early but I am pretty sure I am right about my dates within a few days. Also I am red bleeding now and cramping. They are doing follow up betas and another ultrasound next week. Beta was 2101 on Monday so they should have seen something right?
If you are absolutely positive about your dates, and the person doing the ultrasound was competent (I’m assuming it was a translational ultrasound at this point), then yes.
Meant transvaginal, not translational.
