My issue is having to pretend to like my friends’ dogs. They expect me to pet them and I don’t want to touch them.
Now my new boss brings her ugly old little dog to work and so wants me to like him - pet him, watch him do “cute” things, talk about him...
Ugh!
LOL. Look just be honest
I’m a dog person BUT I am crazy about chiuahahas-they are perfect!
I am less into big dogs and when I friend asked if I thought her dog was cute I said he is,
I think dogs are cute but little dogs have my heart. (She has a giant dog). She gets it. No hard feelings.
Big dogs aren’t my thing.

There are definitely a$$hole dog owners who let them roam unleashed and then post about how their dog is "lost." No, $hithead - you are a terrible dog owner and should never have a pet again.
EVERYONE needs to be more responsible.
It's almost daylight now which means our genius neighbors should be putting their dogs out to bark anytime now. Yes, I would never expect my friends to like my dog. OP, just tell your friends you're not into dogs. OP, are you by chance from the Middle East originally? My Arab friends mostly don't care for dogs because dogs are not considered "pets." I don't have a problem if they don't want to be around my dog. I try to accommodate them. I love my dog but humans come first!Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I don’t want any animal to be hurt or mistreated and I appreciate how much my family and friends love their dogs.
