I have a tilted uterus and had 3 kids without any problem. However, I ended up needing a C section with my first (and I planned 2 more) and I think the tilted uterus may have played a role in that

Tilted uterus here. No problems conceiving, carrying, or delivering, twice. I did carry "small", meaning that I actually looked like a normal-sized pregnant woman but ended up delivering babies that were 10+lbs and 9+lbs, respectively.

I have a tilted uterus and conceived naturally twice - one pregnancy to term. I wondered whether tilted uterus might affect conception and all the doctors (and available data) said no. They said it's just like being left-handed as opposed to right-handed.

I had a lot of problems, but I also have DOR and had the stats of a much older woman at 34. Finally got pregnant naturally after two years of trying for the first. Ivf for the second.

My SIL has a tilted uterus. Just had her * fifth*baby.

My mother has a tilted uterus. I’m the seventh of eight kids!

I did, my first child no problem. Went on to have secondary infertility, but I don't think it was related to my uterus.

+1 exact same for me. First at 29. Secondary infertility at 33.

I have one. I also had infertility with a dx of "unexplained." My OBGYN said a tilted uterus is no big deal and only makes her job slightly more difficult in doing a pap. My RE team never mentioned it as far as I can remember. At least no one ever told me it was in any way connected to my IF, and it wasn't a problem for egg retrieval or embryo transfer.

FWIW, I was successful on the first IVF try and had an uneventful pregnancy (anterior placenta) and vaginal birth.

Same here. I have a tilted uterus, but my infertility issues were due to PCOS. I've had 4 IUIs and 3 FETs, though, and two of the REs who performed those procedures made the same comment.
As far as pregnancy/delivery goes, I had no issues, but I did carry DD towards my back.
