Agree. I’m 2 inches taller at 5’1 and the only times I’ve weighed 124 were my first pregnancy and during college when I drank all the time and ate like crap. I look best around 105 so no way does 20 more lbs on 2 fewer inches not look at least pudgy. 110 should probably be your max at that height.
It depends a lot on build. I'm 5'0" with a wider frame and I look too bony under 115 or so, and don't even menstruate under 110. My ideal weight is around 118. My mom is the same height with a smaller frame and at 115 she looks a bit bulgy.
BMI is one indicator, but it's not the be all and end all. There are too many other factors.
