I think it’s disgusting for kids over 3. Under 3 and it’s an absolute emergency then maybe, depends on more info.

I would try to be a bit thoughtful, like find a tree or something. Let’s be honest, the mall is so family unfriendly. Restrooms are poorly marked and hard to get to. Personally, I try to plan as much as I can to avoid these scenarios, but if a tree is an option vs hiking half a mile with two kids...

Totally ok. I would've suggested it. The rain washed it all away. Nobody saw, nobody got hurt. Animals pee all over the place. The kids is 4.
