That an adorable name

I know a teen named Nell. She's a sweet girl and the name suites her well.

I know a four-year-old Nell.

I know 2 of them. An Eleonor and a Noelle. Both are nicknames Nell or Nelly

It has become pretty popular and more well known after the super popular netflix series Hauting at Hill House. Her name was Eleanor went by Nell mostly, sometimes Nellie. Lots of cute girls names in that show that I now can't use because it freaked me out haha.

Penelope, goes by Nellie, age 5.
"Made up" name, something like "Nellarie" she goes by Nell, age 10.

I don't know any. My first thought is the movie Nell and I therefore would never use it for my own kids

My 2 year olds middle name is Nellie and I also know a Penelope that goes by Nellie. I’ve never met a Nell of any age.

I know a Penelope who goes by Nellie. The parents called her Penny as a young child, but around the time she started school.she asked to go by Nellie.

I had a close friend in elementary school named Nellie. I really like the name (She’s Nell as an adult) and have never heard of the movie. I think her full name was Cornelia but she was super embarrassed by that and kept it a secret!

It’s my 6 year old’s middle name. She was born a month early and we had it down to three names - I had my first, 2nd, and third choice as did my husband but my first was his third and vice versa. Nell was our 2nd choice for both of us. When my now two year old was born he said he was sorry we’d used Nell already as a middle name.

Growing up I knew two Nells: my grandmother and a child slightly older than me (now she’d be 41 or 42).

I know a three year old Nell too. She is so cute!
