Good coach - focuses on development, girls and parents like him. Kids happy. Not a coach that directs a lot during the game; some parents want that, some don't. He focuses more on youth development - does not coach ECNL. He has been at BSC for several years - but also runs the SAM program at soccerplex in addition to BSC coaching. so maybe that seems why he has been different places.
Gary is a good guy. If you have a chance to play for him take it.
