You are 33 so you have alot of time before you legally retire. If you retire just because you have extra money, good for you.
With more than 30 years to retire, I suggest you put that into C funds, all stocks. When it falls, it falls big but when it gains it gains the most. Always risky of course but you don't need your money in the slow growing G funds.
