I am the PP saying students need to be quiet. I am agreeing with you all. I just think the students lack the PR savvy to handle this effectively, If their goal is to actually get dogs off the yard vs just complaining loudly about safe spaces and gentrification.

A gorgeous one that they manage very carefully.
The thing about DC dog walkers is that they're insufferable. They've turned almost all of my local park into a dog park, ruining the turf in most of it. I'm sure they'd gladly do that to the Howard quad.
