No you are not alone. If you dont consume the majority of your food from a bag, box, or freezer, then TJs is not for you. It's basically a beefed up 7-11.

I am the Pp. I like it on sliced avocado or on hard boiled eggs. I have put it in chicken salad before. It's very good on top of cream cheese on a bagel and stirred into cottage cheese.

I love love love their spicy corn salsa. I will buy 8 jars at a time I love it so much. That and b/c then I don't have to make a trip every week or so when I run out.

Their whole wheat tortillas are also amazing.

No. Not everything is good and people who exclusively shop there will be disappointed. But when something is good it is very good.

I like 3 things:

Peanut butter cups
Frozen croissants
Macarons

Everything else has been ok to bad.

It's OP ... I used to feel that way and stayed away from the prepared stuff in containers bc the presentation was bleh. But, they've up'd their game and the frozen section is great. I don't have easy access to WF/TJ, so it's definitely nostalgic when I go.

Forgot to mention earlier that the frozen scallops are incredible! Bakery and bread isn't wow. Pretzel bread is good.

Partly.. their pricing is the key. TJ has reasonable prices and you will be over the moon if you find something you really like. But they also have some duds which you will waste money on by trying it out.
