They should consider a new logo that’s more welcoming. The image of a clenched fist for a food establishment gives me a pit in my stomach, and not much of an appetite.

Find a realtor that has sold a lot of homes in the area and proactively contact them. Ask to be contacted prior to the home being fixed up.

Or send letters to the homes you are interested in letting them know your interest.
