Subject: High TSH- has anyone been able to conceive naturally?
My TSH is about 4 and I’ve gotten pregnant twice at 38. But miscarried both times so now I’m doing IVF.

Yes. TSH was 5.6 at my last check. I was on an aggressive plan to bring it down and ended up getting pregnant. My last check was 3.3 and my endo increased my prescription again. GL!

Your primary care doctor or an endocrinologist should be able to get you on a medication
I would go that route because you will want to be monitored in pregnancy.
