first of all, if you weigh 126 pounds I don't think you are overweight. If this dress doesn't fit you than I would just buy a new dress that does. If you are convinced you are fat realize that starving yourself is not the way to go. Your body will resist in the long period and you will gain it back.
But, seriously you are fine. And remember nobody is going to be paying attention to you. They are going to be looking at their child graduating! I hate this society and how we feel we all have to be stick thin.
