Where is the pond and the outdoor kitchen? For 3.2 million dollars there shouldn’t just be a patio outside with something to do (cook, outdoor movies?, swim) and look at. The weird cauldron on the patio does not cut it.

Franklin Park is just ok, there better neighborhoods that are walkable. This one is not.
