2) The vertical rustic wood panelling that looks like upright floorboards - NO. NO. NO. NO. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be taken to a psych and evaluated.

3) the double width chairs in the dining room that look like they're meant to have two people sitting on each - NO. NO. NO. See comment above about a psych. That is one of the silliest furniture concept I've ever seen. Everyone would hate it.

Maybe the amazing Private Equity owner has a very large ass?

I think that was a pretty fair assesment. Even if you like that style, you have to admit there’s a lot going on.

Does the dining set convey?

Owner is in private equity. Probably makes GS-13s feel good to complain about his family's "clutter."

Where is the pond and the outdoor kitchen? For 3.2 million dollars there shouldn’t just be a patio outside with something to do (cook, outdoor movies?, swim) and look at. The weird cauldron on the patio does not cut it.

Good for rituals and spells.

I like a few parts of the house (kitchen), but overall not what I would have done.

Franklin Park is just ok, there better neighborhoods that are walkable. This one is not.

If you want to be crammed into small lots with office buildings a few hundred feet away. This is the best of both worlds for many, w/both privacy and proximity.

So this color palette...
Are we back to sepia tone?
I’ve been busy with little kids for the last couple of years. Just trying to catch up.

I don’t think the fireplace photographs well but that room is beautifully decorated imo. I bet the fireplace has a lot more texture/interest in person. The kitchen again is not my cup of tea but it looks very well done and suits the rest of the house.

I absolutely love the kitchen - a 4 seat bar, range is nowhere near the bar, the open glass furniture cabinet for dishes is wonderful.

The critique of the sign & the fire place was sarcasm really. I mean come on those are little things.

The outdoor space is truly a disaster though.

Does the house come furnished?
