Subject: how much can you gain in a week?
I gained 4.6lb in a single day. Hope it’s hust overeating. Will measure tomorrow hoping it goes away or I will go fasting

I wouldn't read too much into it. This morning I was 120.4 lbss. No I am not the 2lbs poster. I ate two meals since, drank coffee, tea, had french fries even, and went to bathroom. Now I am 118.6. Such differences in a week are most likely normal. I could bet that you are about to get your period.
