My husband and I have started having more downtime together in the evenings, and wine is sometimes part of it. I have not had a drink yet, but would like to enjoy 1-2 glass once or twice a week. I feed him at 7pm ( 8pm bedtime) and pump around 10/11pm. He will either sleep until 7 or wake up around 4/5 for a feeding. Is it safe to have a drink around 9 and pump at 10/11? Is it safe to drink 1-2 glass and feed if he wakes up at 4/5? I could dump the milk, but would prefer to save it.

I breastfed for 15 months and one drink with or after food is nothing, don't even worry about it, honestly, I sometimes fed him after having 2 or 3. He's 3 now and no signs I've damaged him
