That is true, I had the same in on the other end of the country, with white wayfarers--authentic '86, but not the stereotype of eighties. Hard to pull-off for a theme party, unless the audience lived it.

Do you people really care about this kind of thing this deeply? If you go out--to a Legwarmers show, for God's sake--do you really pay attention and scrutinize and judge with this level of fine detail?

It's a fun dress. Wear some fun earrings and colorful makeup and go have a good time. WHO CARES? This is not a Smithsonian exhibit; there is no grade, there will be no reviews in The New York Times.

It's a concert, people. And it's a fun dress.

Oh man Peaches n Cream Barbie was the epitome of class and glamour when I was 5 or whatever. Serious flashbacks.

It looks 50s, not 80s.

Peaches and Cream Barbie had the big ruffle up and over the shoulders. This is a party dress, not the ultimate 80's fashion statement that was Peaches and Cream Barbie.

I can see how it reminded you of her, though! I bet the designer had one, too!
