Where's the Annie Liebowitz - Vanity Fair cover for someone who isn't a straight white male - riding in like the cavalry to rescue us all?

Like the mayor from South Bend. He is setting himself up for the future, but he is bright and has a dash of charisma.

Buttigieg could win. Or if he doesn't, much better VP nod for Biden than that layabout dork Beto.

Buttigig can't win. If he weren't gay, he'd be famous for absolutely nothing at all.

??????????

Identity politics is 99.9% of Dem platform.

If you are not gay, or strange somehow, you are f#cked.

That's what we are supposed to believe. But in reality: the front runners are white males. Diversity is just a song and dance.

He’s actually not doing too bad in the polling and its still early. I thought the polling was roughly Sanders and Biden together at the top, then Harris/Warren/Booker/Beto roughly equal in the next tier after that, with Harris and Warren running a little ahead of the other two.

That was a joke.

As was Kamala's mysterious and senseless line of questioning.

Where are the solid candidates, the GOVERNORS actually running something?

+1

The cheese level is too high and he's been around too long now for his schtick to be fresh. Beto took over the ultra-sincere emo role he had.

He has little substance.

He's boring and comes off as disingenuous. Maybe Jeff's right and he's fire in person, but to become President you need to be able to translate that across a television screen.

He's a show pony. Not a work horse.

I won’t vote for him in the primary because of what happened with the Newark school money from FB. If it’s him vs. Trump in the general election, i’ll Vote for him, but not in the primary.
