It seems like this was a decision that the school made some time ago and gave them the year to land somewhere else.

Would this be great if it had the reverse effect of of tipping the scales against his kid and towards this other student?

While knowledgeable, she was very unapproachable. Patrick was great. Sorry to see him leave.
So you're saying she is knowledgeable, but can't interact with students or parents or? That's concerning if so. How were overall placements during her tenure?
Much better than recently.
