You need to find a nanny that drives. Even if she doesn't do preschool drop-off and pick up, the kids should be getting out of the house on a regular basis, they need stimulus beyond what one nanny can offer, ie: Music together, storytime at library, Little Gym, etc.

Skip preschool till 3 or 4 and then do an all day one.
