Checkout Amazon and EBay. Use a little bit of common sense, skip one or two grade above the current curriculum and you land yourself into the AAP curriculum. We already use the 3rd grade and 4th grade Kumon and BrainQuest books as a supplement to introduce new topics.
None of these things are advanced algebra. They may have algebra foundational work, like 22 +x = 32. I guarantee those places or books aren’t teaching advanced algebra. If your child was at the level of advanced algebra in 2nd gr, the school would know. It would be extraordinary. A kid taking algebra even in 5th is very, very, very rare. In 6th, it’s rare but not unheard of.
