I think yes, I was embarrassed by a couple of the people I dated, but upon reflection it was being ashamed of myself, actually. It happened I was dating somebody I didn't like or care for very much. I've dated people that others might be ashamed of for whatever reason, but when I dated them I wasn't, because I loved every bit of them. But when I didn't actually like a person that much and we were dating for the wrong reasons, THAT is when I'd get ashamed.
