I think they, along with most of the fast food and processed food manufacturers, engineer their food to the bliss point. The point where fat, sugar and salt come together to make you crave the food.

Read Salt Sugar Fat. Or this.

Proceed with caution. It’s addictive. I had to slap myself to avoid going back.

I generally find fast food gross, but McDonald's fries will occasionally get me with their fragrant aroma, and five guys still entices once in a while.

Taco Bell 10 years ago vs today is different. The food is more delicious and you can see real lettuce tomatoes in there. Almost all dishes can be made vegetarian — just say beans instead of beef.

For McDonalds, I highly recommend its Oatmeal.

For me, Taco Bell is like a different category of food. I've had good food and I know that TB is not good. But is's so goooood.

100% agree.

If you've been on a diet and deprived, this is really normal.

The triple double crunch wrap is addictive. There are currently no treatment centers equipped to defeat this terrible disease. Proceed with caution.

When I'm healthy I have no desire for any of it, but as soon as major stress or something else messes with me it tastes so darn good. Like the exact same food goes from vomit worthy to delicious. I can have it all around me and if I'm feeling good about life I don't want it, not at all.

Yes, that’s me, too. It’s the weirdest thing.

Plus 2.

I also noticed that TacoBell has improved its quality. It tastes similar to Guapos now.

FYI: the meat doesn’t come out of a hose. It’s precooked and kept in th walk in. They heat it in the store.

Addiction actually changes your brain chemistry. I think you just experienced cravings.
