There aren’t very many excellent child care centers around, and it sounds like the director at LB is ruining it bc of her relationship with one teacher. What a shame! I hope she opens her eyes in time to right the ship.
I’ve gotten the definite sense that the director has low self-esteem. Not to be an armchair psychologist but she seems to have latched onto that teacher as her guru.

What are the issues that can possibly be so contentious that people leave? Isn’t LB a co-op, so isn’t there a board minding the ship?
Board doesn't care in my opinion. The board doesn't hire/fire that's the directors job. These are the exact words that came out of the Presidents mouth.
The board tried to create some incentives for staff but in reality they're all looking for a new job.
Wait, who is looking for a new job?
EVERYONE.
2 new hires just quit
Which classes? We got a spot for next year and now I’m very worried!

Would the board ever get rid of the director? Such high teacher turnover would indicate an issue at the top.
