I would call and ask to speak to the sales manager. Lack of response but then he gets in touch when he sees a bad review? Too bad for him. It's not your problem his email "did not work."
+1 If his email actually didn't work, he would not have gotten in trouble. They basically ignored you after the sale. That deserves a reduction in the rating you gave them before. Customer service is a part of what future buyers rely on. If you keep the higher review, you would be basically complicit in providing future buyers with a false sense of how goof the dealers is. Good for you for changing the ratings.
