Pack for breakfast and lunch from home. Why do people spend money on putting garbage into their bodies? This week, I made extra bibimbap and brought that to work. It's healthy and balanced. Agree with PP. This is the diet and exercise forum, not food. The food police that keeps telling us just to eat crap should go away.
Wow, there’s no need to be mean. I’m not a processed food eater, but for someone who is just starting on the path to losing weight or eating healthier, one frozen breakfast sandwich at work might be helpful to them on busy days. It’s hearty and filling and you can track the calories easily. For those of who already eat healthy it may not be ideal, but baby steps are important—if that sandwich keeps op from eating a 1,000 calories of pad Thai for lunch, then it’s a step in the right direction. And yes I know calories are not everything, but you don’t know the OP’s journey. Have some patience.
