I'm also going to move the amount of money I would have spent on alcohol to savings each week. I think that will help reinforce the desire not to start up again.
I'm still not feeling super, but today was much better. This week I realized I haven't gone without alcohol my entire adult life for more than 5 days at a time, except when I was pregnant and then nursing.
I've also been reading it could take up to 3 months to truly realize all the health benefits, like better focus, better sleep, and more energy. I don't know how long it will take for me to get there, but I'm looking forward to it.
