That’s ridiculous. Asian cuisines don’t rely as much on dairy so you can take your hints from there. And vegetarian is not hard to accommodate. Just make a meat dish and a bunch of sides but make sure one is legume based or something else substantial so they don’t go away hungry.
This is true, but Asian dishes do require a TON of different sauces and spices which can be really overwhelming and expensive if you don't cook those dishes regularly and have things on hand.
