Was up from 108 to 111-112. Already back to 110 and hope to be down to 108 in a week or so.

Up 2 lb but I went all out on food and drink over the holidays and exercised very little. Am doing nothing to lose it except go back to the normal life, and it will be gone in 2 weeks.

I haven't stepped on the scale yet but my clothes are fitting the same and that's usually how I know if I've gained (or lost) weight. Phew.

Probably a couple of those pounds are water weight. Just tighten up your diet and you'll lose the rest. It'll be a lot easier to stick to a diet w/o all the constant temptation of baked goods and heavy holiday dishes.

same. up about 3 lbs which is so discouraging. i didn't eat too terrible over the holidays so it's probably a good about of bloat, but who knows. i have been back on track and eating well he past 4 days and the scale still isn't moving..ugh

Drink water. That seems to really help.

And it was just water weight as I suspected. I'm down 9.8 pounds since Thanksgiving which is amazing for me. Thank you Keto!

Actually, I weighed myself one more time and I am down 10!

I'm just going to keep on doing what I've been doing.

Travelled all 4 weeks of December with multiple holiday gatherings each week, and came back 2 pounds heavier. That’s fine now that I’ve been back to normal life for a week.

Up 4 which is disappointing but not surprising. Too many desserts and drinks. Will work on losing that and more in the next couple of months.
