I hate responding to a 2018 thread, but I will tell the most recent PP that I finally had to part with my 2020 SE, and found that the regular iPhone 16 can still accommodate my one-handed-ness - but just barely!

I went from an se to iPhone 13 mini. That’s the next small one.
There's also the iPhone 12 mini. It's a little cheaper and still getting updates from Apple.
That's what I have, but it's dying. I guess 16e is next?
I got Apple to replace the battery. It's cheaper than a new phone. Unless Apple stops providing updates or the screen breaks, I will keep it.
