I think they all live near each other and work in the same industry, so they (and their surgeons) are looking at each other's faces every day. Maybe it starts to look normal after awhile. Like living in a funhouse mirror.

Yeah, I watched the first Bridget Jones movie and then the sequel, and has to stop watching the latter because her face was so different, it was unnerving. But if I had never seen her before I wouldn’t have thought anything of it - she didn’t look plastic or pulled, she just looked like a different person.
It probably was just her eyes, and maybe she did have a medical reason — though she denied having anything done, right?

He is why I started the thread. He can barely open his mouth to talk his face is pulled so tight


I saw the commercial with my husband and we were both like, “Hold up, is that Ray Liotta?! That can’t be him. Why does he look like a totally different person?!”

Nicole Kidman seems to be one who can have the tight looking face and still work. But I think once you've tightened that much then it's constant work to keep everything else looking the same and that's when you get into the danger zone.

I'll take my wrinkles and saggy bits.


I give Rene Zellweger a pass. The main thing she did was her eyes, which she may actually have had a medical reason for since they were so hooded. And because her hooded eyes were so distinctive, the change made her look totally different. she must have freaked even herself out! Sadly, agree about Aniston. I hope she doesn’t do anything else. I watched Dumplin last week, and there was something weird about the upper lip.

To the poster about Meg Ryan not working— I just can’t enjoy a show when the actor has had visible work done. It’s too distracting. I spend too much attention thinking about what they had done.
