The girl does not have a right to his body. He can chose to stay or leave. They were not married and even if they were there is unilateral no-fault divorce. That mean any person at any time for any reason or non at all can choose to leave the relationship and they are not a fault. Bottom line is that relationships (even after marriage) are at-will.

I don’t know if it’s biological or if it’s women having less power due to the patriarchy, so relationships matter more, but it’s true.

The woman had a choice to leave or stay, and decided to stay. She is responsible for her own actions.

No one or both, depending on how you look at it. But generally speaking, if one person wants marriage and the other doesn't, both need to move on.

The man told her he didn't want to marry. She stick around nevertheless. This is not an uncommon scenario. Man likes regular sex and the woman well enough, but knows he doesn't want to marry her. He tells her so. She doesn't listen because she doesn't want to hear it.
