Why are you buying unhealthy snacks for kids? It's a terrible habit they are starting in childhood. My kids eat fruit and cheese, etc. for snacks. My kids may eat "junk" at their friends' houses, but never at home. They don't ask for it because it is not a part of our regular lives. Just like they don't ask for birthday cake when it's not a birthday.
Because OP (and I and most of us) are much worse people than you are. You are the best. You win! Yay!
NP, but OP asked! And said she has no willpower, and doesn't feel bad when she overeats. I'm just surprised people on here still offer suggestions on diet since everyone refuses to listen or even attacks them. Stop asking for suggestions if you don't want to hear it, folks.
