I literally only buy lobster from a lobsterman or from this place near where my family lives in Maine, otherwise I don't eat it. I don't think it's even snobbery, it's just cultural practice. But if I was going to try frozen lobster, I'd get it wherever and test it out.

By snob I just meant I love it to death and would not eat frozen. Yes for Mainers it's a cultural thing but the rest of us dont have that luxury. Still, frozen lobster tail and fresh lobster that's been flown in that day or two ago are worlds apart.
