I would love to put healthy fat back on. As pp said, my thin frame is aging me.

I feel the same way as OP constantly. I see pictures of myself 15 years ago, 30 pounds ago where I thought I still had 5 pounds to lose, and now I think I looked too thin and sickly. I see pictures of myself 20 pounds ago and would LOVE to weigh that, even though at the time I thought I was fat.

Funny, I remember going to college at 5'8" and 155 and just feeling kind of big, but not fat.

Lost 15 lbs freshman year, and spent my 20's and most of my 30's at 140ish and was comfortable there.

Now at 46 I'm around 155 again (menopause, thyroid issue, post-kid, etc.) and I look at my old pics and feel like i'm wearing 155 better now than I did then. I've got much better diet and exercise habits now so I think I'm healthier and it shows.

I also look at old pics and think my face was cuter than I remember being. I didn't really appreciate 20-something me! 40-something me wishes I had the unwrinkled fresh skin again.
