My GF has told me of several crushes and guys she thinks are hot. It doesn't mean anything to our relationship. You need to figure out if this means anything, or he is just sharing this to be completely open and honest.

Assuming you haven’t been together long, I’d dump him. The beginning of a relationship is when you’re supposed to be totally infatuated with the other person. Crushes come years down the road, when the butterflies wear off.
