Sending you positive vibes for this cycle.
If you don’t get pregnant, I would advise a second opinion (or two) as a next step.
If they won’t do IVF and they are quoting a 5% success rate for IUI, then I would at least ask if another clinic has a better plan.
I bet Dominion would advise natural cycle IVF
+1
If you are remotely interested in NC-IVF, then definitely get a second opinion from Dominion. From what I've gathered, they do more cycles of NC-IVF than pretty much any other clinic in the country. I switched from GW to Dominion (specifically, Dr. Gordon) earlier this year. At GW I worked with two different nurses, both of whom stressed me out to the point of tears on multiple occasions because of the way they communicated with me (or didn't communicate at all, some days). FWIW, the practice model Dominion uses - from they way they run morning monitoring, to how they have patients interact w/ all the nurses instead of having one specifically assigned, to usually having your own RE do your procedures - was a much better fit for me. Good luck.
have you had success at dominion?

PP here. Yes, my first IUI with Dr. Gordon at Dominion worked. We never actually made it to the point of trying IUI at GW. I am a recurrent pregnancy loss patient; we had started at GW for infertility testing and then we conceived multiple times but they all ended as chemical pregnancies or miscarriages. At what turned out to be the last appointment we had with my RE there, I was ready to ask about moving on to IUIs after we completed the RPL testing she was recommending. However, before I could bring it up, she told us she wanted us to just keep trying on our own. She never told us how much longer she wanted us to keep trying on our own, and I was already 38. After the RPL tests she ordered came back normal, and she still failed to offer us a more defined plan to move forward, I decided it was time to seek second opinions.

They won't do IVF on me since I generate so few follicles. I think 4 was the threshold for them to retrieve.
I see. They still should have told you the odds beforehand. At what clinic are you? Have you thought about natural cycle IVF? That's what we'll probably do if my DOR gets much worse (my AFC is 6-8, so not as low as yours yet).
I am at GW and they seem to frown on natural cycle IVF.
