This Monica woman looks like a demonic conniver and on google images she clearly constantly mugs for the camera and wants to be seen as a star. I would bet anything she's got a detailed diary of everything she's ever seen or heard and will hold it over their heads.

So much in common... except for the fact Keith is a Hall of Fame level country singing legend and Dax is a D list twerp.

I do find it odd how intertwined his cohost is into his story though. He says she was the first to notice something off about him, and he finally broke and admitted it on a car ride with her (but eventally spilled all to Kristen). Seeing as how much everyone has been together 24/7 since about March, part of me wonders why Kristen wasn't all over this. Maybe she knows an addict has to own it themselves, but I don't know.

I'm wishing the best for him and his family.

She's awful - do you know her deal? They hired her originally to be their nanny!!! She was the nanny and then she turned into their house manager, and now she's Dax's "co-host" on the podcast. She also wants to be an actress - she auditioned for Kal Penn's show, for Mindy Kaling's show, and hasn't gotten any parts despite the fact that she's so "connected".

This makes me sad. Dax is such an impressive person. I wish him well.

But his wife has to be such a supporter, when he's on prescription pain meds, she's supposed to be the dispensary, and he's lying to her face (because he's taking way more than the prescription, just to feel good). This was 2 weeks ago. Painful to see.

Wish him success. That’s how my ex partner relapsed (painkillers after an accident).

He's still been sober from alcohol and cocaine. But he developed an opioid addiction after some trauma. Drugs are drugs, and prescription drugs are still drugs... but he didn't have a full on relapse. It's brave of him to admit this and talk about it. Addiction is a lifelong battle.

Taking 8 vicodin pills a day for an extended time is a relapse, yes a full on relapse. It doesn't matter that he didn't return to all his vices, that isn't what determines whether he is no longer sober.

I'm not trying to kick him while he's down and wish him and his family success in his recovery.

I don’t get why these articles keep saying he was sober for 16 years. He was sober for some time but then started using again in 2012 and says he relapsed 3-4 times between 2012 and now.
