The saline spray really seems to help my son. We do it as soon as we hear any sniffling. It helps him blow his nose and clear out his nose. He is older now, so we also have him sleep on two pillows propped up to help keep his head up.

Helped to put a pillow under the crib mattress to put the toddler bed at a slight incline.
