OP, I also once discovered, via facebook, that an ex was with another woman during our relationship. We were not married, but it was still a massive blow at a time when I thought I was doing well and moving on.

What ultimately helped was that I disabled my facebook account for a few months. And I tried to stay very busy with friends.

I'll be thinking of you and wishing you the best.

You just can’t get it out of your mind they are having hot crazy sex everyday. You should’ve treated him better if you cared.

People who have affairs will always blame their spouse.

It was never your fault.

But yeah, you have to accept that things were as you had thought all along. I guess you feel stressed about not trusting your gut instinct. You can start trusting it, because it was right.

Op, for now, he's dead to you. You should not be thinking about him, thinking or talking to anyone who knew him.

All this will normalize in a few years but for now.. and I agree, minimum 2 years, maybe 3 .... he is dead to you --- he doesn't exist.

Stay away from social media. It’s the devil. Pour yourself into getting healthier, mentally and physically. Divorce is draining. It sucks, you don’t see light at the end of the tunnel, your ship is turned on it’s side, and life is miserable. It won’t last. Everyone is different and for me, it took about eight months before I started getting my life on track. I’m sorry you’re going through this bump in the road, but please trust me when I tell you, it does get better.
