I believe it’s bacteria. it comes from the air.

NP. My friend mixes a solution of bleach and water and sprays her entire bathroom twice daily. I haven't asked her how it works on shower residue but I guess I know now.


Doesn't this cause problems with fabrics? I would get bleach spots on everything if I did this.

I use bleach spray on mildew or that pink goo but I have to be careful about clothes, the towels, floor mat, etc so wondering how a daily spray works.


NP. Lots of us don't have any fabrics. I have glass shower walls and no fabrics near the shower. I use a white towel on the floor to step out on (and then it's hung to dry after each shower).
