I completely understand this - after trying for 5 years and doing IVF for three years. All of our friends have kids now and we have watched most have multiples while we just keep plowing away, treatment after treatment. After each unsuccessful attempt, the realization that we spent so much time and money to just be in the same position as we started is excruciatingly painful. I will say that as time passes, emotions start to wane and dealing with the outcome somehow gets easier - although it is hard to believe that or see that it ever could get better when you are feeling so down. I highly recommend journaling during this time and going to any infertility support groups that are available. Even if you don't talk in the support group, being around others in the same stage is comforting. Take time for yourself - workout or yoga, baths, concerts, dinners. There are also Meetup groups for people without kids that are very fun. I know how you feel 100%, and I am hoping for the best for you.

I am so sorry to hear that. Did the doctor say what was wrong? Second trimester loss is not very common. I hope you take good care of yourself.
