14:19 and thank you so much OP for your nice comment! I really felt like I was part of the conversation and felt like I got treated like a real person and not just $$. After a bad first meeting with Shady Grove it really was a welcome change. FWIW Dr. F at GWU had he been able to treat me would have done PGS since we need to do PGD and day 3 transfer wasn't an option so it's not like he never is in favor of PGS. I just think if you want it you need to push for it more than how automatic it is at CCRM. I really at first thought Dr. Payson was very pro high stims and in the end for my last cycle he let me try a very reduced stim dosage just to see how it went so i appreciated the flexibility and him listening to my concerns. If you do end up there try to get Maureen as your nurse, she's the best.

Updating for others, Sacks at CFA had a much more conservative approach. He didn't recommend IVF and thought using clomid and timed intercourse or IUI would be the same as IVF for me. I found him nice but a little more casual and almost dismissive in his approach. Didn't find them to be as nicely organized as CCRM in that there was no introduction to your nurse, no detailing of the financial aspects, and limited chance to ask questions. Also CCRM does scheduled monitoring whereas CFA doesn't. Also prior to the consult, I had to follow up with them to get them to send the paperwork they told me they'd send. The consult was much shorter than with Payson. But he did do blood work and ultrasound to see where things were. Personally, in comparison to CCRM, I wouldn't choose them. However, they might be good for someone looking for a conservative approach and not pushing expensive interventions. I'll update with my GW comparison.
