How is trust paid out? If used to buy house, do u get share of house?

Yes, he has taken disbursements from the trust that we applied to the mortgage and home furnishings. Now it's a 50/50 jointly-owned asset, and I will inherit. The other holdings would go directly to our children - I get nothing from that account.
