Nope I should clarify I am am talking about the boys side. the girls younger group is run great. the coach is fantastic developing them. Ive seen the girls coach at various tournaments over the past years and he does a great job connecting with the girls and knows the game.

You can't call yourself an Academy when you have only one team at most age groups....by choice and design.

How small does a roster have to be to be called small? 7v7 or 9v9 doesnt require a lot of players to be rostered.
I am not a u10 parent but I think it is 15 or 16 for two teams. They played up some U9s
That sounds right and there were U9s playing on the one team.
Did those u10s get put in a very inappropriate bracket then? From the results, it seems like a very different experience for the two u10 teams. Was that intentional?

This doesnt sound like you are taking about the younger girls side. It does not even remotely begin to explain the vastly different results of the discovery tournament that was last weekend. The catering to parents who threaten to leave if not on the A team suggests that stronger players were on the B team because of politics and the A team should have suffered more and the B should have done better.
